Today, I aim to say little to say a lot.
The potato. A staple. Fried, skin-on, rustic, a dollop of smetana on the side. Well peppered.
Garnish: tomato, big chunks, cucumber sliced and dill chopped. Pinch of salt.
One sliced pickle, malosolniy.
This is comfort food of the highest order. I would have this as my last meal on death row.
