The Fortified Gazette – an irregular bulletin

Welcome to The Fortified Gazette, an irregular document of the daily eating habits of different people. This space will be hosting a different person every few weeks, who will then send scrappy, half-formed notes about what they’ve eaten over the course of a few days. This is no place for a curated selection, or for only the home-cooked meals, we want to share it all.

Fortified is a journal of writing about food, its preparation, cooking, eating and sharing (or not sharing). Issue 3 is upcoming this Autumn.

The first two hosts will be Fortified’s own Sinae Park and Kate Morgan, and then we will open the space outwards. Get in touch if you’d like to take part and let us into your eating space!
