snack: too much coffee and montecaos cookie
lunch: more bread (homemade)
with olive tapenade from Lidl

leftover carrot salad
i eat so much bread.
i eat it for breakfast toast and then usually to mop up
salad dressing and/or with its own toppings, dressings for
lunch. usually I make 1 loaf a week using the
no rise dutch oven method with active dry yeast. i want
to get back into prioritizing and making time for baking
sourdough bread again, or even trying out different breads
from all over the world like i did during the first summer
in lockdown. there is something so challenging about
breadmaking to me: the importance of measurements,
the clinginess of the dough, the mess it makes (flour on
your jeans, flour in your hair, clumps of dough stuck to
your tea towel after rising…), the attention it requires…
dinner: leftovers again (not pictured, it’s been a bad day)
