i love cooking leeks, how they small like dirt and freshly cut
grass or something else -
i love their green, like sun hitting a new spring leaf at just
the right moment
i love poaching eggs, it’s slow and messy and visually stimulating…
i am eating the bouillabaisse now - it is delicious and surprisingly
fresh and dank (like the fish) but without trying too hard
to imitate the taste. my week old bread covered and garlic
and drowning in this juice is genuinely how i would like
to feed people i love
